Our grassroots mission is to build a collection of artists who support each other to nurture visual artists, promote their work, and to expose them to the public, collectors, media, and cultural institutions.

Steve Zana
Patron Saint Of Artistic Causes, Friend To All, Missed By Everyone.
Steve was an actor and radio performer for Indiana 105 and X Rock. Past president of the non-profit’s South Bend Civic Theatre and board member for Valparaiso Theatrical Company.
Steve passed away August 30th. 2024 while doing what he loved, entertaining on the air.

AGV Membership costs $36.00 for the entire year. That’s only $3.00 per month!
Renewal is in December every year for those who join in person and not on line. If joining after January, your membership is prorated to the end of the year.
If joining on line, then your membership will automatically renew one year from your start date.

Entries in the 257 Wing are limited to 3 pieces per month and cannot have been entered into a previous AGV member show.
Entries in Gallery 255 are limited to one piece per month and cannot have been entered into a previous AGV member show.
Limit one set per artist, per show, Dyptyk , Tryptyk. Not to exceed 48 inches.

Artwork must be original from signed artist, framed properly, gallery-wrapped canvases without exposed staples and with finished edges are acceptable. The artwork must be wired and ready for hanging with the center of the hanging wire at least 1 1/2 inches from the top of the piece. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed. Painting and frame must be dry. Maximum overall width should not exceed 48’’. If these criteria are not met the artwork may be rejected until corrected by the artist.
Hanging fees are as follows:
Gallery 255 - $20.00 per piece with a 20% commission to the gallery should you choose to sell the piece.
The 257 Wing - $10.00 per piece with a 15% commission to the gallery should you choose to sell the piece.
Hanging fee for artwork sold as a set: $10.00 (diptych, triptychs etc. LIMIT One set per show, per artist.

Nope, we are a non-profit with free admission. Feel free to come in and check out the local art

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday there will be a docent in Gallery 255. They can assist you with any questions that you may have about the art in either Gallery 255 or The 257 Wing.

We kindly request that visitors refrain from photographing or touching the artworks to preserve their integrity and the experience for other guests.

Yes, Gallery 255 is accessible, with wheelchair ramp from the back parking lot.

Gallery 255 has a front desk with various items created by local artists for sale. Please come and check it Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4-8PM
